Gas cloud imaging cameras use advanced spectral imaging technology to capture infrared spectra and visible light videos to monitor, quantify, and display explosive and toxic gas leaks. Our self calibrating hardware system can operate 24/7 under any weather conditions, providing accurate imaging display of gas clouds, gas forms, and concentrations. For safety monitoring systems, where gas leakage protection equipment can quickly and reliably alarm for gas leaks, the question that follows is whether the leak has really occurred? Where is the leak? What is the leakage amount? Gas cloud imaging cameras can visualize gas clouds and provide answers to the above questions.

The standard gas cloud imaging camera can monitor distances of up to 1000 meters or more (depending on the customer's specific needs, we can develop telephoto cameras that can monitor distances of up to 1 kilometer or more). It utilizes advanced spectral imaging technology and is designed specifically for large areas and wide fields for real-time detection, identification, and quantification of gas leaks. It can provide leak concentration, leak volume, and leak location, real-time alarm and create actionable alarm information, record leak videos in real time, and notify operators. Clear visual videos can inform operators of the location, amount, and direction of leakage, which helps to respond quickly and effectively in the first place.

By detecting small leaks as early as possible, gas cloud imaging cameras can undergo targeted maintenance to further address potential growing safety issues and achieve persistent emission control.
